**Job Description**:
Our Platforms and Processes team is looking for a Business Analyst I to join our growing team of analytics experts. We are looking for someone with passion for technology and awareness of cloud environments (or desire to learn about it). For the first year in the role, the BA will be onboarded into our BIS data platform modernization, tasked with migration of supplier’s profiles to our brand-new cloud-based solution. During this adaptation period, the BA will have the opportunity to shape their technical skills whilst augmenting the business understanding.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

- Prepare progress reports and expose them to a leadership audience
- Identify gaps in technology and work with internal teams to remediate them
- Risk management for risks inherit to new tools adoption

**Qualifications**:
What your background looks like:

- 0-2 years of experience in similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology Management or technical discipline.
- Experience managing key stakeholders’ expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including technical documentation creation.
- Deep understanding of the Agile methodology.
- Ability to easily adapt to new and changing requirements
- Proven experience working with IT related projects.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certified (Desirable)
