Job Purpose

The Facilities Services Coordinator will work closely with the Facilities Manager to support all

facilities activities. He/She will provide facilities management support to the Facilities

Manager and the Busines Unit Leaders assuring excellence in service and solutions to

business needs.

The Facilities Services Coordinator is the responsible for overseeing and coordinate

contractors and external suppliers to provide a safe and comfortable work environment for

the employees.

Also, the Facilities Coordinator is the responsible to update Facilities policies and procedures

in coordination with other support areas (HR, IT, Admin, etc) to ensure proper operation of

the Facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Business Unit Leaders to identify requirements and areas of

opportunities and provide solutions to their needs.
- Work closely with Facilities Team to addresss business needs and provide solutions to

internal customers.
- Manage the Transportation Services, including Parking, Special Services requests for the

Business Units.
- Manage of Cleaning Services, including relation with vendor and crew.
- Manage Cafeteria Services including special services as Catering and Events.
- Manage of the Quality Management System for Facilities Department.
- Set up, maintain, and organize the Space Plan.
- Coordination of Admin Support Staff.
- Tracking, forecast and review of Budget with Facility Manager, for the Services under

responsibility.
- Control and Management of fixed assets of the Site including of inventories, additions and

withdrawals of assets.
- Gatekeeper of compliance of the Free Zone Regulation and Emerson Trade Compliance

Guidelines.
- Support the Facility Manager to document the Bussiness Continuity Plan strategy for the

site.
- Reports in a monthly bases metrics, SLA performance and continuos improvement

initiaves status.
- Oversee Meeting Rooms/Events requirements.
- Adheres to and promotes organizational values. (integrity, safety & quality, continuous

improvement, customer focus, collaboration, innovation, support our people).

**Qualifications**:

- College degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Related.
- English - B2
- Knowledge in the regulation of Free Trade
- Knowledge in Contracts Management.
- 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Great communication skills
