Responsible for providing first level service and support (analyze, design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain) for IT infrastructure solutions and/or shared services enterprise systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and troubleshooting of issues/incidents
- Serve as the technical lead in administration and operations of systems
- Participate in maintenance and upgrade activities on IT Infrastructure and/or Enterprise Applications
- Work with vendors to evaluate and recommend new product and/or service offerings, and serve as a technical lead on implementation.
- Assist with RASP initiatives (reliability, availability, scalability and performance).
- Serve as the technical lead in basic design and build of systems
- other incidental duties: Author or maintain device, network and/or systems documentation

**Education and Experience**:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with no previous experience Required or

Other: in Related professional certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, or VCA, depending on the technology stack), 2 years experience Previous related experience in one of the following three areas, as appropriate to the position: IT Infrastructure Network, IT Infrastructure System, or Enterprise Applications. Required

- Must demonstrate effective working competencies in one of the following three areas, as appropriate for the position:
IT Infrastructure Network
- Configuring routers and switches, Cisco experience required
- IP addressing
- Routing protocols such as EIGRP, BGP and OSPF
- Voice over IP (VoIP) experience a plus
- BC/DR policy and procedures
- Configuration of network devices such as firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, RADIUS/TACACS, network cabling including Ethernet and fiber etc.

IT Infrastructure System
- Windows Server experience required, Unix experience helpful
- Microsoft certification preferred
- Virtualization, VMWare vSphere and Virtual Desktop experience required
- Storage and back-up systems, Hitachi and/or NetApp experience preferred
- Mobile Device Deployment and support
- Desktop Operating Systems, including Window 7 and Windows XP

Enterprise Applications
- ERP systems, JDE, Enterprise One tool set and report writer experience preferred
- Relational database technology
- SQL Server experience preferred
- Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
