Our Security, Strategy, Analytics and Operations team partners with Product Management and Engineering to own and drive the innovation of Security Products for our customers. Dedicated to our flagship Security products and with oversight of the whole product lifecycle and the delivery of key strategic programs, our growing team enjoys great visibility and contributes huge value to the business.
**Shape the success of projects**

Leading the cross-functional alignment of whole product lifecycles, you will manage multiple complex projects and direct multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver against key business goals. In this high-impact, relatively autonomous role, your contribution will be critical to the success of the team and to Akamais business.

As a Program Manager - Web Product Operations, you will be responsible for:

Communicating, tracking, and reporting on program status, areas of risk/opportunity, process dependencies and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders
- Working with Product Line Leadership to evaluate and identify business problems, understand priorities and propose solutions
- Adopting best-practice guidelines to influence and implement continuous improvements to the processes
**Do what you love**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Demonstrate experience in Program or Project management in a cross functional and technical team
- Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Be able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
