Must be familiar with all steps of the SDLC - Checking the quality of software output produced by the other members of the team and providing technical input on their code - Managing team and individual projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and that software packages are properly integrated - Consulting with other departments to define user requirements - Managing team’s organizational structure, use case gathering and sprints - Onboarding additional developers - Collaborate with our Product and Project Management teams to design and deliver new product features or updates to existing products - Prioritize, schedule and delegate ticket assignments to staff - Prepare management reports on the status and maintenance of software - Assist management and users in researching and evaluating software products - Provide escalation support to users **Qualifications**: **Required Qualifications**: - 5+ years of hands-on development experience with the ASP.NET framework. - 2+ years of experience as a manager of a software development team (team follow-up, reporting, team building and motivation, training and coaching). Can manage both local and offshore team members. - Must be highly proficient in writing C# / JavaScript code using Microsoft Visual Studio. Visual Basic experience is desirable. - Long-term experience and a deep understanding of Web Forms development. - A solid understanding of ADO.NET. Entity Framework development experience is desirable. - Proficient in Transaction-SQL. Data structures, tables, indexes and writing queries. Experience with SP, SSIS is helpful. - Proficiency working in the Microsoft Windows environment. - A solid understanding of HTML and CSS. - Experience building and consuming both REST and SOAP APIs. Strong grasp of both XML and JSON formats. - Airespring is not an H1B sponsor. - Ability to isolate and troubleshoot system and software problems. We are looking for common sense and independent thinking. - Significant experience in writing technical documents (FAQs, development plan, specification/design documents, etc). **Desired Qualifications**: - Knowledge of N-Tier based architecture is highly desirable. - Development experience with AJAX is a plus. - Experience with Telerik / Progress RadControls is a plus. - Familiarity with the Telecommunications industry is a big plus, but not required. Specifically, with the 7-layer OSI model. - Experience with Atlassian /Jira or other software ticketing system - Degree in Computer Science, or other relevant technical disciplines, and/or strong community contributions Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
