We’re looking for a customer service representative who is excited to work from home (100% remote).

**What does a Work From Home Bilingual Customer Representative really do?**
- You’re someone who can provide concierge-style phone service to our customers in a helpful and respectful manner on every call. You’re great on the phone and you’re confident you can always find a way to connect with anyone you talk with. We’re looking for top-notch people with coachable attitudes so this isn’t for everyone.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Great Phone Etiquette — manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Be a Problem Solver— identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
- Tech-Savvy —document customer interaction according to company operating procedures
- Coachable — open to following phone scripts when handling rejections

**What are the requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Available 25-30 hours per week starting immediately
- Experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
- Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
