Person hired for the Analyst role will play a key role in providing accounting services, such as financial information, analysis, and guidance to different customers among the organization ensuring financial data integrity and accuracy.

**Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Prepares and analyzes financial information
- Preparing and processing a variety of Journal Entries
- Variances explanation to cross-functional accounting teams
- Handle and develop solutions for different inquiries coming from customers.
- Identification of efficiencies that will lead to savings in financial resources and time.
- Performing other duties as assigned

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Accounting or Finance studies.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic English (read, write)
- Proactive
- Work Under Pressure
- Team Player
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail skills
- Customer Focus and quality-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable to different circumstances, and dealing with ambiguity skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP ERP working knowledge
- JDE ERP working knowledge
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge
