**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

As a Product Manager in the Cisco Networking Academy program, you will build a case for, develop, launch, and scale new learning offers and related services for technology education. This is an opportunity to join a product team within one of the world’s leading learning groups, crafting new products that transform the way we prepare the world for the workforce of the future.

You will research areas of emerging technology and acquire consensus from team members to design, develop and launch new content in portfolio to continuously improve the global offer for technology learning leading to employment. This may include developing and executing partnerships with partner organizations that offer content and credibility for our go to market strategy.
- Own the portfolio content strategy for emerging product and new job pathways.
- Providing continuous connection to available opportunities as learning is completed.
- Collaborate to build strategic partnerships with content partners in emerging technology that lead to mission success and program growth.
- Work with a team to establish professional credentials in new portfolio areas as appropriate at local and national levels.
- Own and understand customers and partners’ needs and struggles. Then size, prioritize, and work with a cross-functional team to envision and build the very best solutions.
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Business Insights, and Engineering to define, scope, and deliver the right solutions iteratively.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers that span multiple product teams

**OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE**
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, education, or business management
- Or equivalent experience with 5+ years of experience in product management in technical education
- Strong technical background in networking, data center, virtualization, security, IT, and cloud.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, curriculum, marketing, field, and business
