Position Purpose: Analyze & maintain credit approvals and communicate credit decisions to corporate customers. Provide systems support to the Credit and Collections function. Provide mentoring, process guidance and technical expertise to other analysts as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administer Corporate Credit Policy.
- Approve corporate billings in accordance with Corporate Credit Policy.
- Maintain policies and procedures concerning credit approval on corporate accounts.
- Recommend policy and/or system enhancements that improve payment turnaround and maintain customer goodwill.
- Approve terms of payment for corporate sales orders.
- Analyze corporate requests and usage of credit information services.
- Analyze and release blocked accounts that comply with the Corporate Credit Policy.
- Maintain B4B customer accounts in SAP.
- Evaluate credit report volumes and make recommendations for credit reporting services.
- Provide user training on the interpretation of credit reports.
- Make recommendations to improve existing procedures/processes based on best practices, standardization, models, new concepts, and ideas.
- Acquire and share business knowledge with the team.
- Assist with other projects as needed.

- Demonstrate advanced communication skills and provide exceptional customer service to business partners and customers. Be able to identify priorities of requests; respond in a prompt and accurate manner to requests or questions from customers.
- Communicate issues/concerns to leaders in a timely matter.
- Ability to mine, analyze and present data to drive informed decision making.
- Constantly question the status quo and provide suggestions to improve existing processes.
- Actively provide guidance and support to other analysts.
- Demonstrate the required level of proficiency for the key competencies for the position.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced student (or graduated) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- SQL & Visual Basic skills
- Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) - Intermediate to Advanced.
