**In this role, you will**:

- Manage day to day activities in the Delivery Department to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements.
- Support on establishing effective governance approaches - such as ticket descriptions, metrics, dashboards and reporting.
- Manage projects and resources in charge.
- Support leadership for PMs to manage all phases of program to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing and deployment cycles.
- Coordinate with Development and QA teams and communicates with all impacted Stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Ensure all projects stay in scope and on schedule.
- Partner with our AP team to drive cohesion around the customer experience and partner retention.
- Responsible for ensuring its teams are developing and executing against detailed project plans, including overall budget allocations, schedule roll-ups of all projects, critical path and risk assessment.
- Work with team leads and Program Manager to develop process and documentation standards for team to follow with the end goal of top-efficiency and quality.
- Ensure effective communication and promotes a sense of participation and involvement

**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,**

**You should have**:

- Advanced English knowledge (B2+ reading, writing, some conversational)
- 2+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, maintenance.
- A mastery of Project Management Methodologies, PMI Process Groups, AGILE Development and Risk Management.
- Resource management within the Solution Delivery team including balancing priorities timelines, mix and casting while understanding and supporting the objectives and motivations of every discipline.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work on large scale digital projects.
- Proven acumen negotiation skills and proven ability to interact with all types o employees.
- Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Mastery of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations simultaneously prioritizing multiple work assignments from several stakeholders

**It’s a plus if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field; many obtain master's degree or post-bachelor's certificate and professional credentials or equivalent strong experience as Project Manager in exact areas of expertise required for Hangar (Digital Agencies projects, Web development project, SCRUM/Agile Software projects).
- Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- PMP designation, SCRUM Master, Six Sigma.
