The Global Scaled Services team (GSS) at Prime Video is an operationally-driven team of designers, producers, QA specialists and operations managers responsible for creating and delivering high volumes of digital assets. GSS is seeking for an ACES Program Manager to drive process efficiency, reduce defects, and deliver financial savings through continuous improvement projects. ACES Program Managers lead programs leveraging Lean and Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies, lead Kaizen events, and support LSS programs across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Work with Business teams and use data to identify and prioritize high impact improvement opportunities
- Lead Black Belt (BB) projects and mentor GBs/YBs/Kaizens to address key cross functional issues ranging from Marketing Campaign Management, Asset Creation, Quality Control, Operations and Asset Delivery.
- Deliver Financial Savings through projects
- Design and implement mechanisms to improve Operational Excellence Culture
- Conduct Green Belt and Lean training programs within Prime Video/Amazon Studios
- Drive consistency of process, training, and reporting across functional teams
- Provide periodic project updates, including major successes/challenges, to senior management
- Manage and constantly improving the idea management (ideation to implementation) process
- Conduct VSMs to identify improvement opportunities as and when needed
- Strong Analytical skills, able to make sense out of messy data
San Jose, CRI
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
