You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
**How you will contribute**
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

**More about this role**
The position incumbent will operate in a cross-functional and international environment contributing to the successful implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives. The role will support the regional cultural behaviors and adoption of automation, will provide support on discovery and documentation of automation opportunities, will support and lead projects, design and develop automation using low code-no code and basic languages while supporting the citizen development growth.

Deliver automation solutions with quality and speed, with the supportive documentation.
**Job specific requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree, Systems, Computer or Programming Engineering or equivalent, 1-2 years’ experience analyzing processes for digital continuous improvement and developing automation solutions in low code-no code or RPA.
- Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Excel, Outlook).
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, Dataverse)
- Problem-Solving.
- Able to easily collaborate with peers and customers.
- Previous experience developing automation for HR Shared Services, desired.
- Desired: Lean Six Sigma / Agile / Scrum.
- Desired: RPA, Azure.
- Solution Analyst, Designer, and Testing
- Initiative and drive for results
- Communication and influential skills.
- English: Intermediate level
- Portuguese: oral portuguese, desired
