The CloudPay Business Analyst will assist in the creation, design, and general optimization of the different processes within the Special Projects team. This can include CloudPay Service Partners, In-House processing teams and any other associated CloudPay team to ensure successful deployment. Requirement gathering, diagramming and business cases, will be the tools in the everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To stand as the CloudPay LPI expert who will be responsible for being up to date with local payroll information of the different countries, bringing the requirement to CloudPay's product team, define and maintain the LPI export for 100 plus countries''
- Identify and define the different validations that should be incorporated into the LPI data, enabling users to provide valid and accurate LPI data
- Confident in your ability to work within complex engagements, working with internal departments including Product, Operations and Implementation as a business analyst.
- Manage Service Partner expectations and delivering LPI updates according to specification
- Ability to learn and be an expert in any new toolset provided by CloudPay (Data Definition Hub, Report Centre etc) to maintain the LPI definitions and LPI report exports.
- Assist with knowledge sharing to customers and Service Partners
- Solve potential development related issues that may prevent the satisfactory and timely completion of LPI updates
- Ability to identify and champion areas for improvement work with others to identify areas for improvement and simplify processes
The Business Analyst will report to the CloudPay Implementation team ensuring the design, analysis and requirements of different integrations with HRIS, Customizations for reports, and inside processes within the team.
Attributes and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Business Analysis tool including but not limited to: Data Flow Diagrams, Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements Specification, Decision trees, Business cases and Business plans.
- Minimum 5 years of business analyst experience in a global service delivery environment
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to “think outside the box”
- Proven knowledge in a payroll related field delivering to external customers would be a benefit
- International Business experience preferred
- Degree in a related field is desirable
- Desirable knowledge of diagramming techniques, interview skills, and IIBA certification.
