**Job Description**:

- Responsible for procurement activities that may include but are not limited to:_
- Create, review and pre
- approve purchases requisitions.
- Responsible for purchase orders life cycle.
- Input vendor maintenance requests.
- Troubleshoot invoices with issues to ensure resolution and payment.
- Meet KPIs, SLAs and internal operational metrics.
- Point of contact for both internal and external clients.
- Inform Suppliers about issues regarding their POs (3rd Party Vendors).
- PIR, SL, Pricing Conditions, Scheduling Agreements are created/updated in the system (3rd Party Vendors).
- Purchase Order Follow-up (POA, OPO, GRIR, GRNI) (3rd Party Vendors)
- Update 3rd Party POs (Price, Quantity, Delivery Date, CCK)
- Ensure POs are output to supplier (3rd Party Vendors)
- Ensure iDoc errors are resolved within SLA
- Create ASN for SAP (excl. e-commerce vendors)

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor level or almost finish university/college degree or 3 years working in related positions.
- 3-4 years of experience working in similar roles.
- SAP ERP MM/FI Experience.
- Advanced English skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Team Player.
- Negotiation skills.
- Open to flexible schedules.
- Continues Improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

- Lean / Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt/Black Belt).
- Additional language skills.
- Project Management certification.
- Advanced Excel skills desired.
