**What You'll Do**

We are looking for a Creative Video Maker to join our team in **Costa Rica or Colombia**. The Creative Video Maker will be part of the marketing team and will work collaboratively to ideate, plan and execute video recording, editing and posting for multiple audiences and campaigns. The Creative Video Maker will use proprietary raw footage, stock video, sounds, music and graphics to create amazing and engaging pieces of video content to support the overall marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ideate, create and launch video content pieces
- Working with local support to shoot video in multiple locations related to the company’s business
- Ideate scripts, screenplays or outlines
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs
- Identify trends and opportunities to keep the video style and formats up to date
- Adapt the products for use in multiple platforms and formats.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, marketing, communications, design or related fields
- Previous work experience as a video editor. Experience as content creator is a plus
- Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier
- Creative and artistic skills
- Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects
- Portfolio of completed film productions
- Ability to work with a tight schedule and multiple stakeholders..
- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
