To support the plant facilities operations and give support on transfer equipment installations.

**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensure that the entire facility or plant is operating effectively and efficiently.
- Work actively in new construction projects, office and production equipment relocation.
- Supervision of Facilities Contractors and Technicians.
- Assisting in Budgeting and cost control on projects and maintenance.
- Schedule utilities equipment and building maintenance activities.
- Implementation of predictive/preventive/corrective maintenance of utilities and building maintenance equipment.
- Assist in Commissioning of facilities equipment and equipment transfers. Support commisioning and qualification protocols excecution.
- Gives technical guidance to facilities engineers, technicians and contracted personnel.
- Acitve participation in vendor’s bidding processes and contracts implementation
- Interface with various vendors that support the plant and its operating systems.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Licenciature degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related.
- English Level required: B2 (80% - 89%).
- Desired knowledge: AutoCad, Computerized preventive maintenance, MS Project, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position.
