A perfect fit for this role will coordinate different projects within a team of coders, designers, and testers. This role could be hired in Costa Rica or in United States. You will act as a Program Manager who leads and facilitates the release deployments as per the planned schedule. Your role includes mitigation of change conflicts with scheduled activities, maintaining and publishing the release calendar, change request audit it, creation, submission, and approval. You need to ensure CAB guidelines are in alignment during the country release life cycle. You will be an expert at juggling several tasks at a time and one of their important goals of his is to guide the stakeholders/ business partners to solutions.
Aligning priorities like project delivery, employee goals, and establishing service levels with both business and functional owners to maintain quality control is something that you will be obsessed with. You make sure that they search for glitches in all the projects and offer solutions for the same. You will oversee the development work and flag it to the delivery head in case of any issues, and will participate in capacity planning, mentoring subordinates, and maintaining effective communication with business partners as needed.
You are a business administrator, industrial engineer, informatics professional or project manager background, who spent 2 to 3 years of your life in program management, with hands-on experience in Java technologies and its frameworks. You thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
