Staff Software Engineer

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a seasoned software engineer who has great understanding of mature technologies and is eager to contribute on taking the billing software to the next level. You'll be working with an excellent team that values teamwork, innovative solutions, and quality, and empower our customers with the best tools in the industry.

**Your Area of Focus**:

- Work on the full life cycle development of time-sensitive projects
- Provide innovative solutions to complex issues our customers are facing
- Review code of your peers, propose architecture approaches, and technologies that support our customer needs.
- Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves production-related performance issues
- Create new methods for improving efficiency and performance
- Proactively identify and communication key dependencies, risks, and mitigations
- Make recommendations and provide guidance to the Product team during research tasks and investigate solutions that benefit the customer
- Demonstrate thought leadership and ability to mentor others
- Occasionally stand-in for the development manager in leading development execution and meetings

**Your Professional Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong knowledge in computer architecture, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software techniques
- Ability to align and tailor technical decisions to business needs
- Expert knowledge (at least 5 years) in:

- C#,.Net Windows Applications, Web, and Cloud components.
- SQL Server Databases, Stored Procedures, and PL/SQL Scripts
- RESTful Microservices
- Preferred but not required, working knowledge in:

- Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other Spring technologies.
- React, Angular JS, Node.JS
- Elastic Search
- Oracle Database
- GCP, AWS, or similar Cloud Platforms
- Docker, Kubernetes, or Other Container Services
