Prospective Job Role(s)

Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements in Salesforce CRM and Health Cloud.- Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, data models, and release notes.- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Tableau reporting.- Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud to meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.- 3+ years of experience developing custom solutions in Salesforce CRM and Health Cloud.- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language.-
- Expertise in Tableau reporting and dashboard development.- Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud and its components, such as Care Coordination, Provider Relationship Management, and Health Cloud Data Model.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.- Knowledge of software security principles and experience implementing security controls in Salesforce, including OWASP, CIS, and NIST standards.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Experience in an Agile/Scrum development methodology within sizable corporate organizations

Preferred Qualifications- Additional Salesforce Certifications that may include Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, User Experience Designer, System Architect, or Application Architect- Technology certifications such as Copado, GitHub, Test Automation Tool Suites (e.g. Pytest, Selenium, AccelQ)- Agile trainings and certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile SAFE- Working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Patient Connect product, systems within the Patient Services functions #LI-PFE
