Job summary:
Main Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
The eCommerce Product Data Project Manager will be responsible for syndicating product content, product data and for manufacturer and distributor websites.

Expectations of the job include:

- Develop an in-depth understand of content and data requirements amongst key customers.
- Be responsive to customers inquiring about existing projects or adding to project backlog.
- Clearly articulate project issues to customers when additional information or feedback is needed.
- Facilitate the product data syndication process for new product introductions. Keep track / document assortment changes across the digital shelf as projects are completed.
- Participate in ad hoc special projects as required, and other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Expertise:

- Ability to learn and utilize project management software (Salesforce Cases, JIRA, Workfront, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, exceling in collaborative work environments with quick, competing deadlines.
- Self-motivated, and able to work effectively as an individual, in cross-functional groups, and with internal and external customers.
- Flexible attitude and ability to work within a rapidly growing and changing e-commerce organization.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems of record (SAP, Salsify, Adobe, etc).
- Digital savvy with experience in SEO best practices, including keyword practices, research, and analytics.

Basic Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or higher, with 1-2 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, project management, agile marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Project management, including communicating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Advance English Level B2+
- Advance Excel Level (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Macros)

Preferred Qualifications
- Workfront experience is desire
