**Job Description**:
TEBG COO Coordinator
A liaison role between the business and customers by facilitating Certificates of Origin to customer and government requestors. This role will focus on coordinating activities with Enterprise Trade Compliance and with people in the division who know the product source of supply and bill of materials.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with Divisions regarding product source of supply and bill of materials.
- Conduct annual reviews
- Partner with TEBG Global BT and Global Divisions for origin determination.
- Assists other work group analysts in completing assigned compliance operations and analytical tasks. Also, assists work group analysts in monitoring changes to procedures at assigned locations to satisfy compliance objectives.
- Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of compliance information systems to assist in the preparation of basic distribution studies applicable to area of assignment.
- Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests.
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets (i.e. ticket resolution, logistics execution, etc.)
- May include training and ERP deployment support pre-and/or post go-live
- Participate in ERP Process Integration Testing (PIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and/or Day in the Life Testing (DITL) scenarios
- Identifies escalation trends and opportunities for process change and/or new solutions.
- Undertakes all actions required by system and updates database continually.
- Investigates and resolves problems and provides solutions which may involve a network of resources.
- Assists in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes. Partners with clients in improving processes by recommending solutions and referrals to policies/procedures, SMEs or contracted vendors.
- The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or advanced studies) from an accredited university in Customs Administration, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 -2 years equivalent work experience in Customs and Compliance (Import and Export)
- Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish (French is a plus)
- Experience in Trade Compliance requirements for Import and Export, Country of Origin, INCOTERMS, HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule)
- Customs and Logistics Terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Analysis capabilities
- Project Management
- Other systems (OTS, Legacy Master Data databases)
- Customer service skills
- Excellent Communication skills (oral & written)
- Detail oriented/accurate and thorough
- Ability to translate business transformation and deployment speak into business language that communicates value for the customer experience and growth
- Ability to manage complex, highly matrixed situations across multiple layers and geographies to deliver expected results through influence and collaboration
- Experience working across multiple functions and business units in a multi-country organization
- 2-3 years of previous experience working with specific process system or specific methodology like: JIRA/SalesForce/Agile/PowerBi/Project Management (preferred)
