The Associate Market Analyst in Refinitiv Evaluated Pricing Operations is responsible for fixed income and derivative evaluation support and customer service. Refinitiv provides evaluated pricing on over 2.6 million fixed income instruments and derivatives per day which are used by asset managers, custodian banks, investment banks, and third party vendors.

Day to day responsibilities include query case management and pricing production activities. The analyst will research all queries submitted by customers including coverage and quality requests. Pricing production involves the creation and maintenance of money market and credit default swap (CDS) curves, client file creation, mortgage-backed benchmark pricing, and new issuance research.

**Responsibilities**:
Pricing Production
- Maintaining money market yield curves
- Updating evaluated CDS levels
- Updating real time mortgage-backed pricing model
- Researching terms and conditions on newly issued municipal bonds
- Preparing custom files for client delivery

Customer Service
- Handle pre-sales requests relating to the pricing of sovereign, corporate, asset-backed, and municipal fixed income securities
- Query case management of individual client price challenges and coverage requests
- Customer service research projects and reports
