Retainer Sales Agent

As a Sales Agent you will work for a successful and fun company a competitive base wage and a high earning potential using your great personality and consultative selling skills to build lasting relationships with our customers. Talk to potential customers of SmileDirectClub and help them achieve a beautiful smile by selling our invisible aligner treatment plan

**Responsibilities**:
**I**t will really make us smile if you have**
- Utilizing consultative selling techniques to present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the customer's' needs and expectations
- Demonstrating persistence, overcoming objections and striving to improve your skills and sales performance
- Effectively communicating and building relationships with customers to provide a world class customer experience
- Consistently reaching monthly, quarterly, and annual Aligner and Retainer Sales objectives through inbound or outbound leads
- Effectively executing the entire Aligner and/or Retainer sales approach from opening to close

Qualifications:

- A self-starter personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing start-up company.
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree, highly desirable
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Smart, energetic, kind, sincere, patient and adaptable
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, Saturdays and occasional holidays
