The Revenue Management Solution Tower manages technology strategy and delivery for Pfizer’s Commercial Business Units, the Global Access and Value (GAV) organization and Pfizer Commercial Finance teams. This role partners with the Pricing Dynamics team business team that is part of GAV’s International Market Access Ops & Innovation organization.

What You Will Achieve

You will be responsible for working directly with system users, support team members, solution tower colleagues, and system owners. You will have end-to-end responsibility for of testing Salesforce products and other solutions for Pricing Dynamics.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with Digital and Support teams as well as Business stakeholders for intake planning encompassing both projects and sprints.
- Functional knowledge: Able to understand/gain/maintain existing product functional knowledge across line of Business units.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate comprehensive test strategies and plans for individual projects as well as for ongoing improvements and maintenance tasks.
- Leadership & Guidance: Function as the primary contact for quality standards. Provide guidance to multiple vendor testers, ensuring successful delivery of projects and enhancements.
- Automation & Best Practices: Familiarize with existing automation and testing platforms, fostering best practices. Lead, prioritize, and groom the automation test backlog. Ensure automation scripts maintained and plan their execution before each release cycle.
- Code Promotion & Monitoring: Function as the primary gatekeeper for promoting code to testing environments. Monitor the test executions and produce detailed reports on results.
- Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation for major projects or programs, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Continuous Improvement: Establish processes and standards for regularly updating regression test scripts and automation scripts, ensuring they reflect the current state of the product.
- Identify and address issues to support leads and\or project workstream leads.
- Analyze and summarizes operational data, identifying trends or areas for improvement.
- Function as a technical resource within the team and contribute to the completion of project tasks and organizing work to meet project task deadlines.
- Perform business process mapping and analysis.
- Document and transfer knowledge to others as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a data science, computer science, software development or engineering related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant testing experience with minimum 2 years of Salesforce product testing experience
- At least 2 Salesforce Certifications (preferred Administrator. Platform app builder, Advanced Administrator.)

Skills Required
- Automation experience (Accel Q/Tosca/any cloud tools)
- Experience in writing SOQL/SOSL queries
- Experience in building test data, Api testing and Data testing.
- Experience in working Continuous Sprint/scrum teams.
- Hands on developing manual/automated test scripts on Salesforce and AccelQ
- Exposure of Copado/Gearset CI/CD tools and process.
- Experience with Continuous Delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. Follow established Salesforce Test standards and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to adapt to changing working conditions and work assignments.

Preferred qualifications include
- Additional Salesforce Certifications that may include Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder,
- Technology certifications such as Copado, GitHub, Test Automation Tool Suites (e.g.: Pytest, Selenium, AccelQ)
- Agile trainings and certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile SAFE
