**Summary**:
**What you will be doing**:
- Providing advice and direction to managers and employees on a range of employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR standard processes to lead compliance.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances and providing recommendations for resolution.
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by conducting interviews, drafting job descriptions, and providing mentorship on employment contracts.
- Providing training and development opportunities for employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and data to support reporting and analysis.
- Create and implement a Global PIP (PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN) tracking process, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the tracker and the process across the organization.
- Develop and supervise PIP progress and provide regular updates to relevant partners.
- Track ER case load using ER tracker and provide regular reporting to People Director
- Provide advice on policy and practice as well as relevant information to people managers and HR Business Partners to assist them in resolving a wide variety of complex people management issues/problems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and provide accurate and efficient administration to support key people processes.
- Support with new initiative rollouts
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR standard processes.
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor role servicing multiple locations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), CIPD) is preferred.
- Ability to speak multiple languages an advantage
