**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
You will be based in our San Jose, Costa Rica office as a member of the MCS PMAT - Premises Monitoring & Access Team.

The PMAT team provides support for a Firm-wide offices that are part of our Global Lenel Server.

Operational IT services are provided out of Gurgaon/India and San José/Costa Rica. Furthermore, there are Operational engineering teams located in Gurgaon/ India, London/ England, and Düsseldorf/Germany.

You will be a part of the MCS PMAT team responsible for providing 24/7 support for security systems. You will be performing auditing and monitoring of security systems such as cameras placed in various offices, along with managing alerts & alarms received from door-forced open changes, panel outages, panic button alarms, power alarms, etc.

You will support internal customers, including members of the IT support entities in various offices. As a team member, you will closely work with the advanced SOC team based on defined escalation procedures.

Due to the global scope of support, all communication is in English, both for the products as well as for customer and team interactions.

This requires you to be highly adaptable and open to work on new tasks. You need to keep up with a rapidly changing environment through a strong willingness and ability to learn.

You will work as a team on a 24/7 basis out of San Jose. As team members, everyone demonstrates a collaborative style of working with a strong willingness to help others. **Key Responsabilities**:

- Perform auditing & monitoring physical security systems implemented in McKinsey offices globally.
- Troubleshooting on-premise devices and access control mechanisms.
- Resolve issues by either working directly with office IT colleagues or escalating special cases to the advanced SOC team as defined in procedures and documents.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge about security domain (must have)
- Knowledge of any one of the monitoring tools (preferred) (Nagios/ITNM/Zabbix/Solarwinds, etc.)
- Basic Knowledge of Windows OS. (Active Directory/ SSO/Services.etc)
- SQL knowledge and Crystal Reporting (preferred)
- Basic Networking knowledge (Concepts like - DHCP, DNS, VLAN, IPV4, Subnetting, and basic troubleshooting knowledge)
- Understanding about cyber security risks (preferred)
- Knowledge about Lenel on guard systems (preferred)
- Min 2 years of experience in the IT industry (preferred)
