**What You'll Bring**:

- 3-5 years' Workday Advanced Compensation Knowledge - Demonstrated knowledge and experience in running multiply annual compensation cycles from end to end - Experience implementing Advanced Compensation module - Collaborate with appropriate resources to finalize requirements and configure solutions - Ability to translate business requirements into configuration requirements - Capability to Identify issues proactively by participating in meetings and working with stakeholders and technical resources to determine resolution as needed - Advanced Workday reporting knowledge - Advanced Knowledge of Workday Calculated Fields - BIRT Knowledge - Experience managing Workday Releases - Ability to pivot in a fast-paced global environment under time pressure - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with agile methodologies - Expertise in Workday Security & Recruiting a plus

**Impact You'll Make**:
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
