Reportando al Director de Record to Report (RtR) el puesto supervisa los equipos de Contabilidad Financiera y Operaciones Contables proporcionando contabilidad, entrega de procesos y soporte en la resolución de problemas al grupo Thermo Fisher Scientific.

El puesto asume la responsabilidad de los informes internos de Global Business Services (GBS) y del cumplimiento de los controles internos, garantizando la correcta aplicación de las transacciones US GAAP.

Responsabilidades clave:

- Supervisar la presentación de los cierres financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales en un plazo estricto.
- Supervisar la preparación y presentación de informes de la revisión y los análisis regionales.
- Dirigir el punto de contacto para las partes interesadas del grupo, actuando como un valioso socio comercial.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y controles contables corporativos (Ley Sarbanes-Oxley).
- Capacidad para dirigir proyectos clave como integraciones financieras y reestructuraciones
- Impulsar el desarrollo profesional y las oportunidades en el equipo
- Crear mejoras continuas, excelencia en los procesos, eficiencia y productividad en el equipo
- Impulsar nuestra cultura de PPI mediante la demostración de comportamientos de tono en la cupula y el uso de herramientas del sistema empresarial de PPI.

Habilidades requeridas:

- Se requiere precisión en el desempeño de todos los aspectos de la función
- Alto nível de proactividad para impulsar la mejora continua
- Capacidad para impulsar el crecimiento a traves de una excelente toma de decisiones
- Desarrollo de personas
- Conocimientos tecnicos de contabilidad
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar a varios níveles dentro y fuera de la organización
- Conocimientos básicos de ERP (deseable pero no esencial)

Requisitos Mínimos/Cualificaciones: - Formación y cualificaciones profesionales
- Contable titulado (o equivalente)
- Varios años de experiência como responsable de personal
- Experiência trabajando en un gran entorno corporativo
