**People Strategy Generalist** - C09** **Job Purpose**: The People Strategy Generalist is an entry-level position responsible for participating in the People oriented processes and initiatives managed by the People Strategy Team, including the eight pillars strategy as well as supporting operational functions. **Job Background/context**: The overall objective of the People Strategy Team is to build a strong culture, where our teams can be proud of belonging to our unit and of what they do every day. Providing support to our people from their onboarding and throughout their careers within the unit, establishing attraction, development and retention processes and initiatives based on our eight pillars strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide Region wide support to ICG KYC operational teams in People Strategy oriented tasks - Support with coordination activities for regional and local events (Town Hall Meetings, Site Meetings/Visits, Offsites, etc) - Employee Assistance with HR and People related topics (Hiring and Onboarding, Labour relations, Payroll, TI Access, utilities, etc) - Producing presentations for various audiences when required - Pro-active handling of queries from operational teams and ensuring first class experience for all internal clients and stakeholders - Coordinate events and meetings to engage operational teams in People Strategy relevant topics (Onboarding, Training, Recognition, Social Responsibility, Inclusion & Diversity, Communication, Talent & Development and Welfare) - Do follow ups and create reports regarding People Strategy KPIs (Headcount, Diversity, Attrition, Hiring, Training, etc) **Qualifications** - Ability to quickly gain command of new systems and processes - Self-motivated and detail oriented (for both operational and self-development topics) - Balance delivery of key tasks, prioritising work according to business pressures and deliverables - Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills through various levels in the organization - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Mainly Outlook, Excel, and Power Point) **Education** - Bachelor's/University degree in Business/Human Resources or related area - **Job Family Group**: Compliance and Control - **Job Family**: Business KYC - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
