Senior Analyst

**Responsibilities**:
Help develop a risk-based cyber security program which meets regulatory requirements and aligns with industry leading information security practices.
Develop policy, standards and processes to protect company information and technology assets based on risk profile including but not limited to vendor risk management.
Perform cybersecurity risk assessment, evaluation and maintain the enterprise cybersecurity risk register.
Perform threat identification and mitigation activities using industry leading security controls and tools sets.
Lead and facilitate cybersecurity risk treatment discussions with IT and business. And document the risk treatment decisions.
Advance Edwards’ cyber threat and vulnerability management program to ensure consistent identification, analysis, response, and monitoring of cyber security threats, events, and vulnerabilities.
Facilitate cross team coordination to achieve defined security goals as well as meet technical requirements in support of detailed implementation plans for security projects.
Manage cybersecurity risk projects to ensure the timely, on budget, and effective implementation of cyber security controls and improvements that are operationally supported with validation methods in place to measure effectiveness.
Perform assessment of cyber security incidents to identify the root cause, respond, and recover the environment.

**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience supporting cybersecurity risk management, security architecture, security engineering or security operations in various security domains such as vendor risk management, data protection, vulnerability management, network security, endpoint security, identity and access management, incident response, etc.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience with developing security policies, control standards and risk assessment methodologies.
Expertise in valuing and implementing industry standards such as ISO 27001/2, SOC 2, NIST CSF, HITRUST and FedRAMP Information Security standard.
Experience drafting technical documentation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
CISSP/CISM/CISA Certification
Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
Knowledge of national and international regulatory compliance and frameworks such as ISO, SOX, BASEL II, EU DPD, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer focused skills.
