Job summary

Additional Responsibilities
- Carry out reoccurring workflows to validate exemption data
- Create content based on upcoming legislation & requirements and modify existing content based on knowledge sharing, troubleshooting & process changes.
- Able to take ownership of work, implement change, and demonstrate a problem-solving approach
- Document all actions and processes to a high standard
- Provide advisory support to Customer Service on escalated issues
- Root cause escalations which are surfaced by partner teams
- Offer support for audit reviews

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience working in Customer Service or Project Management
- At least 3 years providing oral and written instructions in English
- At least 3 years working with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- At least 2 years’ experience with scaling processes globally, reducing errors, improving processes, and creating and maintaining high levels of performance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of working in a large multinational organization
- Experience of working in sales tax or indirect tax
- Demonstrated experience working with program managers and business teams.
- Experience working with technical and non-technical teams
- Organized, analytical and methodical with strong attention to detail
