**Responsibilities**: - Review new ARCM’s created during each quarter and coordinate proper training sessions to review process and evidence required for the Monitoring testing - Execute MCA centralized Testing for CGB NAM AU’s - Create the quarterly Master Grid for GCB NAM AU’s with all details related to evidence required for MCA cycle - Create the folders structure for each MCA cycle by AU - Drives control and testing / monitoring standardization across all AU centralized - Consolidate and drives corrective actions for any identified testing / monitoring fails each MCA cycle - Evaluate adequacy of current control design and suggest proper changes / enhancements - Prepare the quarterly metrics for all the MCA testing covered by R&C team during the MCA cycle - Prepare and sent the CA Continuous Monitoring Results communication for each AU by end of MCA cycle - Lead the ARCM descriptions enhancement project for GCB NAM (initial assessment, project plan development, monthly metrics, and review all ARCM’s for the AU’s with not IBCO assigned - Review and approve the quarterly changes on GCB NAM ARCM’s and make proper changes into GRC - Other ad-hoc requirements or needed activities **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years of control or relevant experience High attention to detail and quality Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective planning and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Ability to present a compelling case for ideas and initiatives through listening and articulating a convincing point of view **Education**: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
