**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
- At least 6 years of experience on Manufacturing and Process Engineering background, including:

- Knowledge in quality: tracking health indicator improvements.
- Strong statistical data analysis experience: Data extraction, analysis, and scripting skills. (E.g., Excel, SQL)
- Product/process issue: tracking issues and drive them to resolution at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced English Level.
- Unrestricted Costa Rican Work Permit.

Preferred Qualifications,
- Knowledge of Programming (e.g. SQL).
- Experience on people management as GL or Team Lead
