About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management to join our Global Partners organization. You will drive successful change initiatives within the partner ecosystem, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies.

You will report to our Sr. Director of Program Management with primary focus areas to include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the Global Partners Organization's objectives and initiatives.- Assess the impact of changes on partners and stakeholders, identify potential risks and resistance, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and dedication to change initiatives.- Build and deliver effective communication plans, including written materials, presentations, and training resources, to facilitate understanding and acceptance of change.- Craft and manage activities, such as workshops, training sessions, and feedback sessions, to drive engagement and participation.- Supervise and measure the efficiency of change initiatives, analyze feedback, and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements as needed.- Stay current with industry trends and standard processes in change management, and proactively identify opportunities for improving change management approaches- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness
