**As CRM Specialist you will**:
- Work with and inspire a team and instill an appreciation of data-focused programs throughout the marketing team.
- Aid CRM Manager in creating strategy and delivering to efficiently acquire and convert new trade B2B prospects into customers within agreed budgets and parameters.
- Deliver high-quality marketing campaigns designed to retain our trade partners and increase their LTV.
- Work collaboratively across the Group to develop best-in-class trade programs.
- Help define a data collection and collation strategy from which customer programs are built.
- Create segmentation and define further programs to customize communications for lead generation, conversion, and repeats.
- Work with our acquisition experts to deliver a seamless journey from initial contact through to retention irrespective of channel.
- Deliver high-quality tactical marketing campaigns in line with agreed marketing strategies.
- Manage agency and partner relationships where necessary to deliver the best outcomes to Quark.
- Help design and fully manage A/B tests within the trade CRM communications.
- Collaborate across the business with sales and trade teams to ensure all journeys remain relevant.
- Keep current with new market trends and changes for e-commerce to ensure expertise, experience, and best practice is used at Quark Expeditions.
**What we are looking for**:
- Proven 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment, working with the travel trade as an asset.
- In-depth demonstrable knowledge of working with CRM strategies.
- Salesforce Cloud Experience - min two years.
- Demonstrable experience in building CRM strategies to deliver customer growth.
- Highly analytical and able to demonstrate where analysis has been used to drive outcomes.
- Able to manage budgets and optimize spend to deliver the best outcomes.
- An excellent eye for creative execution and the ability to understand and design a proposition.
- Experience writing creatives and working collaboratively with the design and copy group.
- Experience with designing and executing A/B tests within CRM communications.
- Highly flexible, positive, and resilient with the ability to be innovative and collaborate.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Delivery to time, budget, and quality expectations, across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work as and be part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and collaborative entrepreneurial environment.
