**Overview of the Role**:
We are looking to hire a skilled Node Developer capable of delivering high standards of technical quality and innovation, always striving for continuous improvement, and looking to help all different types of clients around the world.

To ensure success, you must have detailed knowledge of development techniques, excellent communication, and organizational skills.

**As part of the team, you will**:

- Architect Bandit backend systems using the best practices
- Implement and iterate features in a tactical manner and rapid pace
- Work collaboratively and efficiently across-functional teams in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment
- Design, extend and implement APIs
- High standard of engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, analytics
- Create engineering efficiencies through automation and development of tools
- Define engineering processes for product launch and releases
- Help us grow the world-class engineering team by running technical interviews

**Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role**:

- **Advanced English** (spoken and written)
- 5+ years of experience in Node
- SQL and NoSQL Databases
- Algorithm knowledge
- Agile methodologies management
- Understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions
- Design Patterns knowledge
- Automated tests, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Version control
- Microservices and the Cloud
- IT infrastructure knowledge
