Software Engineer: Test Development

As a Test Software Development Engineer - you will support software code testing, test strategy, test case development, managing test execution, driving standards across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Set Quality strategy with a partnership with Architects, POs and RTE
2) Backlog creation in sync with POs and Architects
3) Define, plan, manage and communicate
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- System/ integration testing
- UAT

4) Test automation strategy and execution
- Set PI targets and negotiate priorities

5) Set expectations and audit
- Test cases
- Test structure

6) Define and manage TIG (Technical Integration Gant) across Cons, Bench, and Prod.
7) Integration testing with leadership: Architects, POs, SMs, PgM, RTE
8) Master data, roles environments
Ensure the right master data and profile in environments are created, documented and communicated in a timeline manner
Ensure environments are in sync to support realistic testing.
9) Coach and provide guidance, escalate when help needed
10) Partner, plan and execute based on Agile + SAFe principles
- Update Jira daily with accurate status.
- Report velocity, burn rate and other key metrics associated with scrum operational efficiencies
- Follow Intel coding and framework standards, and unit testing guidelines. Supplier agrees to the following:

- Solution Architectures must be reviewed and ratified by respective Domain level TWG
- Architecture and development will follow Intel Enterprise Architecture standards
- Exceptions to POR technologies and tools usage, or the introduction of new standards must be reviewed and ratified in respect Domain level TWG/TRC forum
- All supporting artifacts required to build, recreate, modify, or operate the solution must be managed in an Intel IT-approved repository (e.g. source code, run books, etc.)
