**Job Description**:
The Compliance team is seeking an experienced Compliance Data Analyst who will be responsible for supporting risk-based regulatory compliance transaction testing and control reviews to independently validate business line adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

**The Compliance Data Analyst will**:

- Create testing populations by querying data from internal data sources.
- Enhance and automate compliance testing through the execution of exception reporting.
- Build compliance testing management reports showing testing statuses and test results to enable consistent and informed decision-making.
- Perform specialized compliance testing that includes rule-based reviews of system logic or control reports.
- Identify and drive process improvements for the compliance testing workflow.
- Ensure documentation of data analyst processes and report creation is complete and up to date.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, new laws, and industry best practices.
- Participate in projects, as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience working in data or analytics related roles.
- Familiarity or background in compliance, compliance testing, internal controls, audit or risk management; is highly desired.
- Solid comprehension of relational databases and strong proficiency in writing SQL code.
- Expert skills with Excel.
- GRC/Archer systems experience preferred.
- Alteryx data analysis experience preferred.
- Strong competency with a reporting software. PowerBI and Tableau experience preferred.
- Research, and analytical skills, with ability to analyze and summarize large amounts of data.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills: results-oriented, team player with ability to work with colleagues in a collaborative manner.
