3+ years of program or project management experience, managing and tackling multiple complex content projects simultaneously - you will be expected to work on content projects, team-level goals and initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously;

We are seeking an accomplished and highly creative Content Manager for the Global Scale Services (GSS) Prime Video Team. The Content Manager for the GSS team will help write and develop engaging content for a variety of channels.
The person in this role will also have project management responsibilities including discovery sessions, SOP creation, reviews and revisions, timelines, and final deliverables as well as developing and managing a Content Management System.
You will work closely with process owners to document step-by-step information, contribute to map processes, write, update and maintain SOPs for GSS team members and stakeholders.
In this role, you will develop high-quality, clear, concise, and straightforward content for internal and external audiences while driving improvements in content readability, discoverability, and usability for multiple user profiles. You will proofread text and correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors, as well as verify factual correctness of information. Checking text for style, readability, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines and rewriting text to improve clarity and readability.
Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with process owners, SMEs, Managers, Account Delivery Manager and Business Development Manager.
- Responsible for developing and administering the content management workflow, from discovery, final delivery to maintenance cycle.
- Develop, manage and update content resources, including, but not limited to, SOPs and Wiki pages.
- Ensure correct and consistent use of Amazon style, Prime Video branding, service/naming conventions, and messaging requirements.
- Conduct content and program review sessions with stakeholders and leadership audiences.

- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience;
- 3+ years of experience as a content writer or a senior writer in a media, agency or corporate setting;
- Experience with content marketing and multimedia storytelling, familiarity with various digital media genres and platforms;
- A proactive attitude and a focus on resolving problems and delivering high-quality result;
- 3+ years of experience managing content projects of medium or high complexity;
- Experience working as part of a global team;
- Experience creating content for translation and localization;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Experience with, or exposure to, the entertainment industry and services like Prime Video.
