**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Invoicing FAs responsibility is to accurately / punctually submit invoices to the client. Communicating with appropriate focal points to ensure accuracy.
- Data Gathering and Invoice Creation, following Billing Process
- Input Adittional Resource Units/ Reduce Unit charges, Base base charges and Contractual billing. Annual charges and adjustments.
- Work on ad hoc requests
- Delivery of Invoices
- Resolve Invoices Questions from Client with Contract FA
- ECA / COLA calculations
- Tax / Tax Recons
- Accounts Receivables
- Late Payment Fees

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to solve problems and resolve issues
- Business / Financial Analyst Experience
- Excelent Excel skills

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge of financial management / accounting
- Time management
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
