**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The primary responsibility of the role is to proactively manage the delivery of Group Management and Statutory Reporting information in line with the agreed service level agreements of our customers. Group Management information will include financial information and scenarios required for S&OP meetings, QPRS, budget and for actuals. This will include co-ordination of assumption and other data inputs, running the forecasting process activities, preparation and generation of financial information and quality review prior to releasing to the customer for approval.

The objective of this role is to enable the FSSCs to meet their business objectives by providing quality financial reporting information and analysis support for end markets.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Monitor and control activities related to General Accounting processing system(s) to assure correct accounting reporting and system controls.
- Manage the delivery of financial information and scenarios required for S&OP meetings, QPRS, budget and for actuals in line with the agreed service level agreements of our customers & respecting deadlines.
- Handle accounting policy and procedure inquiries and ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
- Ensure stakeholders’ needs and relationships are fulfilled and enhanced through proactive involvement and interaction.
- Develop and assist in automating processes utilizing innovative technical and processing solutions.
- Maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures and support control documentation requirements.
- Coordinating with the global process owners on the implementation of reporting changes, which includes submission of comprehensive business specifications where technology enhancements are required, providing training and user testing resources to test enhancements.
- Review and validation of market's financial & management data handoff to highlight data integrity issues
- Understand the functionality, interfaces, and interdependencies of the financial processes and systems; ensure the existence of adequate internal controls.
- External Auditors - maintaining on-going relationship and dialogue.
- Strong teamwork & collaboration across R2R functions and all other GBS departments to drive and implement synergies & improvements in the Reporting space.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have strong analytical skills and experience migrating processes to GBS?
- Do you have 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in finance (P&R, Mkt Finance, Ops Finance, Accounting or similar)?
- Have you had experience managing and developing high performance teams?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in finance.
- Degree in finance (Accounting or Economics).
- A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, specifically BI/BPC, SAP or ERP equivalen.t
- Able to drive projects and process improvements and handle a remote customer base model.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Knowledgeable in identifying risks and in implementing controls.
- English C1 level.
