Marketing Reg Manager-cr

**PRIMARY FUNCTIONS**:

- Assist with building marketing campaigns into an impactful marketing channel, driving significant lead generation for Costa Rica, Panama, and Trinidad & Tobago.
- Create marketing automation templates and programs for different platforms.
- Build nurture programs, capture, and analyze results, optimize based on data.
- Coordinate marketing/lead generation events.
- Define and monitor positive and negative keywords in Google Ads.
- Create strategies for social media, and monitor their results.
- Monitor marketing campaigns results versus KPIs.
- Coordinate and create existing clients’ testimonials.
- Maintain strict data governance across prospect and customer databases in Marketo.
- Become a Marketo and Salesforce champion to continually improve alignment and integration.
- Contribute to marketing analytics and improve associated processes.
- Help to create marketing performance reports and dashboards using data from SFDC, Google Analytics, Marketo, etc.
- Work with cross functional teams to contribute monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics on marketing performance, including marketing’s impact on pipeline and bookings, campaign performance, MQLs, etc.
- Provide actionable insights to improve marketing performance and ROI
- Ensure accurate tracking methods are implemented across marketing campaigns.
- Manage internal lead process by training Inside Sales and Sales team on lead follow up and qualification guidelines.
- Assist with lead management process monitoring, ideally LeanData.
- Provide continual improvement for lead routing and GTM/Inside Sales processes.
- Develop and maintain sales presentation and collateral to support Sales team on prospection.
- Design ability to produce templates, posts and all communication pieces used to promote Access and its solutions.
- Support marketing technology infrastructure, including collaboration with IT, Sales and other functions as needed.
- Enable Sales and Marketing to better leverage tools by assisting with trainings and documentation.
- Promote Marketing efforts internally and actively through ongoing outreach efforts (GTM/Inside Sales weekly call, special projects, assignments, etc.)

**EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelors’ Degree required or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar Marketing role

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Spanish and English
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Canvas, or image editing tools.
- Experience with BI-tools (PowerBI or Google Data Studio), Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented; enjoys working with data, new technologies and using them to solve business issues
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work closely with cross functional teams
- Highly collaborative and positive work style
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Self-starter and proactive by nature
- Must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and communication
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (lifting, etc.)**:

- Frequent travel is required, often up to several hours of driving per day.
- Ability to travel to, attend, and conduct presentations.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to variable weather conditions is likely.

**Education**: Required
- Bachelors or better
