Frontend Developer

**Your Career**

We are looking for a front-end HTML5/CSS3/JS developer to produce and deploy responsive best-in-class landing pages, launch pages and microsites in Marketo. This person should be a hybrid project manager with front-end coding abilities and should feel as comfortable with working with multiple stakeholders and prioritizing projects as with HTML code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and cohesive marketing campaigns and will be responsible for the creation of demand generation landing pages built in Marketo.

**Your Impact**
- Enable and deploy marketing programs that are highly customized and best-in-class
- Hand-code highly complex landing pages using best-practice HTML/CSS guidelines and media queries for optimal responsive rendering, deliverability and conversion
- Become an expert on the segmentation and dynamic capabilities of our marketing platform; provide recommendations on how to leverage the technology we have available to improve the engagement and conversion of our marketing programs
- Train marketing platform power users on design and coding best practices
- Miscellaneous tasks as necessary
- Manage your landing page queue within workfront
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to Hushly and PathFactory pages

**Qualifications**

**Your Experience**
- A degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering or similar
- 3+ years of coding experience with HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, CSS3
- 2+ years of design experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with B2B marketing platforms such as Marketo and Adobe Target
- Demonstrated ability to use media queries to optimize webpages for desktop, smartphone, and tablet viewing
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment from commencement to completion
- Demonstrated ability to keep abreast of industry trends and technologies and contribute frequent suggestions
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems and difficult situations and be able to troubleshoot and develop strategies to bring the parties involved to a mutually agreed-upon solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to interact with the team and communicate with a wide array of divergent personalities, solving problems in an efficient, positive and professional manner
- A strong desire to growth hack - develop, test, and measure
- Experience in Marketo is a plus
