2 years experience in an Amazon Fresh Grocery, Whole Foods Market or 3P Grocery Environment. - Bachelor Degree - 1 years experience leading or managing employees directly - 2 years minimum experience working in a Retail environment - Analytical, with a proven ability to analyze various data sources and identify root cause/drivers of performance. - Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) with excellent oral and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate correctly and clearly with both internal and external customers - Proven advanced and demonstrable use of MS office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer, as well as excellent typing skills.

The Amazon Fresh Grocery Support Team (F3RS) team’s primary focus is to support Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market and Third Party Grocery brands across different programs to drive revenue and achieve business critical goals. We support grocery businesses through the execution of functional SOP across Retail pillars such as: Catalog, Marketing, Merchandising, Selection, Expansion, Pricing, Promotions, Instock Management, Distributors/Hubs Management, among others.

F3RS is seeking an experienced team manager to develop and lead retail support associates. The team manager will build, support train and manage a team of retail support associates and partner closely with program manager(s) to ensure results are being delivered by following SOPs and solve problems week over week. Due to the ambiguity of the organization the team manager will need to build reporting solutions from scratch and experience with business and data analysis is required.

Key job responsibilities

We’re looking for proven managers to:

- Manage a team of up to 10 retail support associates on a day-to-day basis monitoring performance.
- Hire and train new retail support associates.
- Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis.
- Develop the work schedule by balancing work across various workflows and/or navigating competing delivery priorities.
- Liaise with global stakeholders to manage risks & propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct performance assessments and coach associates towards improvement where necessary.
- Identify and help implement process improvements.
- Serve as role model by displaying good judgment, a positive work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, adherence to company policies and commitment to excellent customer service in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- Graduate of a Two Year University Degree or Higher - Proficient extracting and processing data using SQL - Experience conducting advanced statistical analysis (skilled in using one or more of R/SPSS/SAS/Python and etc.) - Demonstrated ability to be creative and solve analytical problems with a passion for excellent service - Excellent quality management skills. - Self-starter, strong drive, proactive, diligent and result oriented - Ability to determine situational needs and provide appropriate solutions - Strong time management and organizational skills - Effectively prioritizes work time to ensure productivity and fulfills department standards for time spent
