Overview:
We’re seeking an energetic, experienced IT professional to join us as a Technical Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering key technical training courses to your assigned site. You will be the primary facilitator of technical programs and leading training in cloud technologies, customer service, and pre-sales skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**This role will**:

- Create, design, plan and deliver high-impact technology training.
- Create fast-track training (bootcamps) using applied learning, real case scenarios, simulations, labs, projects, and challenges.
- Collaborate on innovative, custom proposals to improve identified technical and leadership skills as aligned to business objectives and KPIs.
- Participate in digital transformation and consultancy projects as needed.
- Review and maintain data security measures with network operations and data processing staff.
- Develop and administer technology training delivery logistics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field.
- Professional fluency in both written and oral English.
- At least 5 years of IT experience, including consultant experience and virtualization of servers and desktops.
- 300 minimum hours of experience in training creation, design, planning, and delivery.
- Technical proficiency with any of the following technologies: Office365, Azure, Windows server, Dynamics, AWS, Data Science & Data Business/Analytics Profile, Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Science and Cybersecurity.
- One or more of the following certifications are preferred: PMP, CAMP, ITIL, SIXSIGMA, SCRUM, MCT, AWS mentor, or equivalent training certification.
- Proven experience in and knowledge of digital transformation projects.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and adult learning facilitation skills.
- Proactive, collaborative team-player able to work independently.
- Curiosity about technology and emerging trends.
- Drive, focus, and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Willingness and ability to travel for training and conferences.
