**Position Responsibilities**

Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Manage, Lead, coordinate and follow up the AtR Projects Portfolio working with various business units and division management regarding testing process, system problems and user procedures
- Inventory and file all project documentation; organize and administer project SharePoint collaborative site.
- Develop and present detailed reports to executives on individual employee performance, account performance, process efficiency, and departmental metrics.
- Re-Engineer and troubleshooting processes; deliver quality as-is and to-be process diagrams/models and procedure manuals.
- Review and harmonize with the GPO the Regional AtR Project Portfolio
- Understand the functionality, interfaces, and interdependencies of MSD’s financial processes and systems; ensure the existence of adequate internal controls
- Coordinate and support new transitions
- Work closely with other team members to effectively manage workload and gain exposure to multiple finance
- Design, maintain and analyze all AtR operational KPIs and SLA’s
- Support the Internal Controls team during audits
- Identify and provide training (scope, approach and delivery) for the Ops Support Area and for all other AtR Subprocesses.
**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- Project Management Experience (desired)
- 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company including demonstrated experience in dealing with US GAAPs(Pharmaceutical industry a plus)
- Business-level English and Spanish language skills (speaking and writing) required
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to drive collaboration across business and technical teams
- Effective communication at all levels
- Problem solving attitude
- Flexible and resilient, adaptable to high-change environment
- Team player with a focus on collaboration
- Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement new processes
**Technical Skills Requirements**
- ERP system experience and competency (SAP required)
- Intermediate to Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Works effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under pressure and with a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to operate independently and remain focused through change or uncertainty and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Willingness and be flexible to business travel.
