This team is part of a high-performance Revenue Operations organization to steer toward our goal of growing to $10B in revenue The RevOps Business Intelligence group is a key player in driving this growth, by providing self-service insights when and where users need them to support decision-making and drive business outcomes. Whether via dashboards, reports, or data and regardless of system, this group ensures all RevOps data, data-models, metrics are accurate and consistent, easy-to-understand, consumable and actionable.

About the Role

As an Senior Analytics Data Specialist, you will serve as the Data Product Owner for data/business views, and the creator/owner of published or certified data sources. You will own data catalog metric documentation, and train and enable analysts with the information needed to utilize business views and metrics, and access and security models.

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as Product Owner for a portfolio of data/business views containing pre-calculated metrics, including creation, updating, maintaining, and ensuring quality; deliver stories/requirements to Data Engineering, QA and approve for production deployments.- Serve as Developer and Owner of published data sources, including creating, updating, maintaining, and ensuring quality.- Perform data analysis and gap analysis to ensure current or new business views can support Business Intelligence and Analytics use cases.- Create, maintain, and update data catalog documentation on certified metric definitions.- Train and enable Analysts on business views, metrics, access, and security; provide information and guidance to Analysts regarding data models and metrics for their use cases.- Optimize data sources and consult with Analysts on dashboard optimization following best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues reported by Analysts.- Manage testing of new and upgrades to tools/platforms. Surface tools gaps/challenges to Business Technology (BT), Data Engineering- Analyze process changes and tooling changes that were to impact RevOps data and dashboards; manage testing and ensure changes are seamlessly absorbed without disruption.- Translate existing reports/dashboards/datasets from Excel to Tableau
