As part of our dynamic Accounting Team, the expense accountant will own the Company’s accounting for its expenditures, manage the capital asset and intercompany accounting processes and lead the Treasury function.

What you’ll Do:

- Revenue accounting for Equifax Canada, in compliance with US accounting regulations and US GAAP standards
- Management of the accounting for revenue generating projects. You will prepare month-end reports, commentaries and variance analysis to senior management
- Management of quarterly sales contract review process and input into customer opportunities
- You will support the FP&A team in forecasting and budgeting, quarterly contract reviews of material contracts and oversee the rebate and royalties process
- Assessment on the accounting treatments of different revenue topics such as recognitions, rebatea and discounts
- Bad debts analysis and follow up
- Revenue analysis

What experience you need:

- English B2
- University degree in Accounting
- 2+ years accounting experience in shared services
- 2+ years experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- 2+ years experience working with Oracle Financials or similar ERP system

What could set you apart:

- Experience with Tableau, Hyperion HFM
- Experience improving Accounting processes
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
