**Qualifications**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develops, owns, and executes product roadmaps, working with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align to strategic goals
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on requirements, strategy, and business objectives
- Drive the development of new features throughout the entire SDLC
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
- Develop mitigation strategies for problem areas and escalate to key stakeholders
- Ensure that project documentation is created and is maintained
- Liaise with the product team and end-user to deliver updates
- Provide leadership to the development teams to meet coding standards, estimation targets, and client expectations
- Conduct informal and formal feedback sessions for team members on their path to reaching career goals

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in Project Management or as a Product Owner in Software Development Environments
- Experience being the main point of contact for stakeholders and managers
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills - written, oral, and presentation skills
- Able to build consensus with staff at all levels of the organization
- Employee or peer management experience required
- Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically, conceptually as well as analytical
