Appvance.ai is seeking a Python Developer to develop and enhance ETL pipelines. As a Python Developer at Appvance.ai, you will be part of a technical team that architects, builds, maintains, scales, monitors, administrates and secures Appvance’s AIQ platform. You will actively work in a multi-disciplinary fast-paced environment. You will become the expert on our platform and lead any troubleshooting & resolving for internal and external stakeholders with the support of the broader team. **Responsibilities**: Be multi-disciplinary team member responsible for all part of development lifecycle, from design to release in production - Integrate advanced analytics algorithms (in Python, etc.) in our SaaS platform - Adapt and work with our data model to answer advanced analytics needs - Extend ETL functionality to support new data integrations. Build and expand data integrations with new third-party data providers to import ticket and event data. Improve ETL implementations for increased speed, accuracy, and improved automation. - Develop, extend, and maintain our public-facing API’s with the goal of improving data ingestion capabilities. - Troubleshoot issues related to data integrations or API’s; onboard clients to existing integration solutions; maintain infrastructure. - Work with rigorous methodology and deliver high quality product - Work using automated test strategy (unit test, integration test) **Requirements**: - Degree in Computer Science, software engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of related experience as a Python developer - Good knowledge of Python in a data science context - Experience working with large, complex data for 3-5 years. You are comfortable with setting and meeting SLAs for data availability and quality - You have an understanding of Machine Learning / AI principles in data engineering - You’ve worked in an Agile environment. You thrive on iteration.
